The Early Years

Mike Haggard has been coming to the rescue for dented and dinged up vehicles for 27 years, specifically – March 15, 1991. He has traveled the world repairing dents for family cars, elite dealerships, and auto body shops.

When Mike became interested in dent repair, there were no schools or technical colleges in the United States that taught he Paintless Dent Repair technique. Luckily, he had a buddy that was fairly well-known in the industry that was willing to teach him the trade!

After a few years, and many hours of practical paintless dent repair application and thousands of dents repaired, Mike moved to California and started a training school teaching paintless dent repair. During his time as an educator, he trained over 80 people. Mike's zeal for auto dent repair caught the attention of one of the editors at Car and Driver magazine and he wrote an article about his successes in the paintless dent repair industry.

Paintless Dent Repair Abroad

After his years of teaching Paintless Dent Repair, he decided to practice his talents in Japan. He was there for 9 months. He worked as a ‘direct repair’ (preferred paintless dent repair provider) for a major insurance company in Holland, Germany, Belgium, and the Austrailia cities of Brisbane, Melburn, Perth, and Sydney.

Back To The States

In 1993, Mike would fly to Los Angeles every weekend to remove dents from new inventory at Bob Smith BMW and Beverly Hills Cadillac. He also repaired hail damaged vehicles from 400 Hondas and 600 Toyotas at a dealership in Tysons Corner, VA.

Then in 1994, he caught ‘auto hail repair fever'. Dallas, TX is a state that is notorious for their hail storms. He took his family and tools to Texas and opened a retail paintless dent repair shop and has never looked back. Before he could even hang his sign on his new retail shop, he was commissioned to restore 400 cars at Toyota Dallas.
